Aaron’s Coffee Corner began as a family mission in September of 2018, to provide 24/7 access to free, fresh, quality coffee to family, friends, and caregivers of patients admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital. Since beginning this effort, the nonprofit has established two more corners in the hospital and raised nearly $97,000. My Service Dog’s Place is to be a vital program of My Warrior’s Place which will provide a safe boarding facility and dog park for service dogs of United States Armed Forces Veterans, as well as, retired Law Enforcement and Fire Fighters when circumstances arise which would necessitate the temporary separation of handler from their service dog.

Haven Hills is a domestic violence (DV) agency providing shelter and supportive services in Los Angeles County, California. We work directly with over 400 DV survivors and their children every year, providing shelter, housing, basic needs, and counseling, as well as access to legal, medical, and other resources provided by our partners. We also respond to close to 4,000 hotline callers seeking information, supportive resources, and shelter. Fleeing to a shelter is an option of last resort for survivors who have exhausted any other sources of support to escape an abusive relationship and avoid homelessness; our outreach services, hotline, and work in the community provide critical education & linkages to resources to address and prevent relationship abuse, and engage more individuals and organizations in breaking cycles of domestic violence.

The Gentle Barn is both a sanctuary for animals and humans alike, and we offer many programs to help support the community for children and adults who suffer from abuse, addiction, depression, loneliness, and physical and emotional issues. Once our animals have been rehabilitated, have chosen to forgive, have learned to trust, and have been given sanctuary with us for the rest of their lives, we partner with them to help children and adults recover from the same stories of the trauma that the animals have endured. Every animal has so much to teach us and offers something unique to benefit people in need.

We are a sanctuary and forever home for a variety of exotic animals. Most come from the illegal pet trade. Our job is to give them the best possible life in captivity while sharing their amazing attributes and superpowers with the public. Please know we are not a petting zoo, but a place of immersive observation that will tickle your wild side. We discourage people from keeping exotic animals as pets. They are often kept in solitary confinement with insufficient diets and have seen the worst in humanity. We seek to undo the harm that has been done. Through proper care, space, and love from our staff and community we are giving them a new lease on life. Without Animal Tracks these animals would be destroyed. We rely on your support to give these animals their second chance.
