Frequently Asked Questions

When does the membership begin?

Your 12-month PiFSTER membership begins when you complete registration on the website.

What’s included in each package?

Every package includes a 12-month PiFSTER membership, a digital Christmas card, and a tracking form to record the causes you vote for throughout the year. The code is emailed to the gift purchaser to share with the recipient.

Package gifts are shown above:

12 Months of Kindness: A Christmas decal.
A Cup of Kindness: A coffee mug featuring the “I am a PiFSTER” logo and decal.
A Hug to Give: A teddy bear and a decal.
Kindness to Go: A metal water bottle and a decal.

Where will the gift be delivered?

At checkout, you’ll enter billing and shipping addresses. Your physical gift will be delivered to the shipping address you provide.

How long will it take to receive my gift?

Packages usually ship within two days of receiving your order. Arrival time depends on shipping transit time.

Can I ship gifts to different addresses?

Each order can ship to one address. To send gifts to different addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

How does voting work?

Your membership includes one vote each month to support the cause of your choice. The cause with the most votes receives the subscriber vote funds.

What are bonus votes?

You can also cast bonus votes through the voting platform. Every additional dollar you donate to your chosen cause gives you one bonus vote. Unlike the PiFSTER community fund, your bonus votes (dollars) and direct donations go to your chosen cause no matter which cause receives the most votes and the community fund.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Visit pifster.org and select Become a PiFSTER. Enter your gift card code in the designated field, then follow the website instructions to complete your registration.

How do I get my gift card code?

Your code is emailed to the person who purchased your gift. Ask them to share it with you. If they need it sent again, they can contact PiFSTER to request the code again.
