Since 2016, ImPossible has been dedicated to providing mentorship and sports programs to the youth of Central Texas and the largest U.S. military base. Many of our teenagers face unique challenges, experiencing inconsistency during crucial growth phases due to parents departing for war, deployment, and the field, leading to continuously shifting circumstances. ImPossible Teen Campus aims to address this by offering a nurturing environment that fosters development and provides much-needed continuity. Our core pillars – education, entrepreneurship, and sports – form the foundation of our program. Teens participate in training sessions covering 21st-century skills such as coding, e-commerce, website development, S.T.E.M., and more, empowering them with practical life skills.
Their Tangible Need: While the leaders and mentors at ImPossible are busy building up the future leaders of tomorrow, their physical facility is facing an urgent challenge. The building currently has a severe leak in the roof. To keep providing a safe, dry, and secure environment for these teens to learn coding and build businesses, they need our help to get it fixed.
If ImPossible Teen Club wins this month’s collective grant, the PiFster community funds will go directly toward repairing their facility’s roof, ensuring their doors can stay wide open and their tech equipment stays safe and dry!
“We provide free eye care clinics through Christian faith-based organizations and other organizations, offering less fortunate individuals access to quality vision care services.”
Vision is power, and the Sight for Success program offered by the Power of Sight Foundation brings that power directly to schools. Our mobile vision program delivers full-service eye exams and glasses to students, right where they are. Our licensed professionals set up inside schools or roll in with our Mobile Vision Lab, providing high-quality care at no cost to families.
To provide support to Animal Shelters and Rescues with food drives, posts in our magazine, Pet Adoption Extravaganza, and through our radio show.
Rescue Magazine is on a clear mission to keep hungry shelter animals fed by collecting food donations right where pet lovers shop. Their primary need right now is funding to purchase a dedicated Sprinter utility van. With this vehicle, volunteers can park directly outside community locations like Petco, inviting shoppers to buy extra pet food and load it straight into the van. By casting your vote for Rescue Magazine, you are directly funding the wheels that will gather, store, and haul thousands of pounds of life-saving meals straight to local rescues.
Vision: The Gifts of Mobility Foundation’s vision is to help meet the needs of children with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities.
Mission: The Gifts of Mobility Foundation’s mission is to provide youth with physical disabilites resources and adaptive equipment (adaptive bikes, pacers, and gait trainers) that contribute to their physical, cognitive, and social abilities.
Our current tangible need is financial support to help purchase an adaptive bicycle for a family and therapy center in need. The adaptive bikes we provide empower children with physical disabilities to experience greater independence by getting out of their wheelchairs, improving their mobility, and encouraging active, healthy lifestyles.
Your support plays a meaningful role in helping us fulfill our mission of bringing mobility, joy, and opportunity to the children and families we serve. We are truly grateful for your partnership and generosity.
