Haven Hills is a domestic violence (DV) agency providing shelter and supportive services in Los Angeles County, California. We work directly with over 400 DV survivors and their children every year, providing shelter, housing, basic needs, and counseling, as well as access to legal, medical, and other resources provided by our partners. We also respond to close to 4,000 hotline callers seeking information, supportive resources, and shelter. Fleeing to a shelter is an option of last resort for survivors who have exhausted any other sources of support to escape an abusive relationship and avoid homelessness; our outreach services, hotline, and work in the community provide critical education & linkages to resources to address and prevent relationship abuse, and engage more individuals and organizations in breaking cycles of domestic violence.
