# From Volunteer to CEO at 14! 👔🚜

We are officially crushing on the mentorship magic happening over at [**Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service**](https://weareraisingmen.com/) (our March '25 Community Winner!).

Check out **Jesus** from Omaha, NE. 👇

In 2023, he took Rodney’s "50 Yard Challenge," mowing lawns for the elderly and veterans for free. Today? He is 14 years old and the owner of his own business, **Ready, Set, Mow**!

**This is the ripple effect.** When you support a mentor like Rodney, you aren't just cutting grass. You are funding the next generation of entrepreneurs who know the value of hard work and kindness.

God bless this young man and his bright future!
